The Canada Research Coordinating Committee (CRCC) delivered its work plan to Science Minister Kristy Duncan yesterday. The CCRC’s mandate is to strengthen Canada’s science at the federal level through granting agency harmonization, and was announced as part of implementing the recommendations of the Fundamental Science Review or Naylor Report. The work plan aims to produce “a system that fosters research excellence and contributes to the social and economic well-being of Canadians”.
